garance dore is probably the cutest french woman in the world. i'm pretty sure this is common knowledge to, well, everyone. you know this and i know this.

as if anyone needed more convincing however, garance has created a video series (or vlog, if you will) of her life as she covers fashion week in new york and paris:

so no, no one needed more convincing. garance dore is a total doll. it's a fact. but there is something about seeing this fabulous woman in her fabulous every day life that really seals the deal on the matter, isn't there?

italian elopement

today i'm in love with this italian elopement. trey and lauren got married on the highest point of capri island and had the brilliant cana family there to capture it all. it is so romantic and beautiful and lovely! and it totally makes me want to elope.

well, maybe not sexy, but definitely sensual.

i'm sure some people out there have a baking housewife fantasy, and while this video is certainly not a representation of that stereotype, there is something about it that just makes my spine tingle.

i bet a salvaged bookshelf could be transformed into a mantel too, sans fire, of course. 

oh! if only i had the time, resources and creativity. owning a house would also be a step in the right direction.

two nights ago i finished an agonizing application.

one night ago i celebrated at a karaoke bar.

today is friday (tomorrow is saturday), i am recovering from said karaoke and it is 60 degrees out.

for these reaons i am totally blog-cheating by stealing this post. but at least i'm admitting it. and at least what i'm cheating with is one of the more awesome things ever.
