painting reality

just taking a quick break from packing my apartment to show y'all some german guerrilla art at its finest:



i think this sort of rule-breaking, independent performance art is some of the most exciting work going on right now. there's also something so neat to me about involving the public, whether they agree to it or not, in one's art. i mean, once those buckets of paint are dumped, there's no way for either drivers or people walking down the street to avoid involvement in this piece. in a way it's kind of merciless art, don't you think?

alright, that was a nice break, but my closet won't pack itself, so it's back to work i go.
